Dark Horse Espresso Canary District is located on Front Street East and is the sixth location in the ever expanding family of Dark Horse coffee locations. The newest location is definitely the largest, and most impressive of all the locations. Marble tables, polished concrete floors, clean white walls, Dark Horse Espresso signature wood communal tables, and seating for around 60-70 people it’s interior is spacious with a modern industrial feel.
All the usual coffee shop pastries, sweets, and espresso based beverages that Toronto has come to know and expect from Dark Horse are also available, in addition to sandwiches for a more hearty meal.
Undoubtedly what makes this location stand out is the interior. With it’s grand space, plenty of seating room, free wifi, and plentiful amount of outlets placed throughout the shop it makes for the perfect setup for a working environment. Being located directly below a George Brown College residences it’s clearly designed with students in mind but would also make the perfect ‘office’ for freelancers.
