Hard Rock Hotel Tampa Florida
Last month I had a chance to visit the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tampa, Florida which has just been newly renovated to the tune of $700 million. It was my first time staying at a Hard Rock Hotel and let’s just say I’m totally and completely addicted now.
The Best Place to Sleep and Play – Hard Rock Hotel Tampa Florida
A brand new tower was built on the property which includes 500+ newly designed suites. Each one has a modern contemporary style with all of the Hard Rock unique touches like Egyptian cotton sheets (each embroidered with guitars), luxurious Sweetgrass body products, and a pet friendly policy so even your furry travel companions can get in on the best stay.
My favourite part of the suites though are the additional services offered. Like the Sound of Your Stay program where you can have a Fender guitar or a record player + vinyl records sent to your room to fully enjoy the rock star lifestyle. They also offer customized soundtracks that have been carefully curated based on atmosphere or mood for you to download so that you’ll always have the perfect background music for whatever you’re up to.

As part of the renovation a brand new lobby makes an unforgettable first impression. It glitters. Literally glitters with the show stopping gold piano that was once owned by Elvis Presley.

It doesn’t just stop at the lobby either. Each floor with suites has been dedicated to a different artist and features memorabilia from iconic appearances or performances, like a faux pink fur coat worn by Lady Gaga during her MTV appearances for her “Cheek to Cheek” collaboration with Tony Bennett. Staying at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tampa is like having an all access pass to the ultimate music museum that features all the most historic pop culture moments of the past and present.
Never go Hungry
Whether you’re in the mood for casual and satisfying or bougie and painstakingly drool-worthy they have everything you never even knew you wanted. Let’s just say I’ve never eaten better.
Hard Rock Cafe
The only thing more renown than a Hard Rock hotel is probably a Hard Rock Cafe. Put the two together, and you have a full-service dizzying and whimsical experience. Fun fact, but this is the only Hard Rock property that has a Hard Rock Hotel, Hard Rock Cafe, and a Casino all on one site.
Council Oak Steaks & Seafood
Council Oak Steak and Seafood is the finest of the finest dining. With their own in-house butcher that serves up 100% U.S.D.A prime steaks that have been dry aged for 21-28 days, custom saltwater tanks that house only the freshest seafood from Maine, and a wine list that boasts award wining and exclusive bottles it is the place for you to have the meal of a lifetime.
The Rez Grill
The Rez Grill is one of the newest additions to the hotel. This was my favourite meal of the entire stay. You’ll enjoy fine dining in a casual and contemporary setting. Make sure to order the shrimp, scallops, and mashed potatoes. And trust me when I say you’ll want to save room for dessert too.
