With winter making it’s impending entrance it’s times like these when the temperatures drop that I begin my descent into hibernation. There’s nothing I enjoy more during the frosty winter months than snuggling at home under the covers while binge watching television series after television series. Of course, no  TV marathon would be complete with my all time favorite binge session snack……POPCORN.

For as long as I can remember I’ve always loved Orville Redenbacher. The ingredients are simple and completely free from artificial flavors, colors, and preservatives. As someone who has always been conscious about ingredients it’s important to me that I know exactly what goes into what I eat. Plus, the nice thing about eating something that is made with such simple ingredients is that it makes it easy to customize. I love making my own personalized popcorn recipes and I’m happy to share one of my all time favorites with you – Truffle Rosemary Parmesan popcorn. It’s perfectly savory and the truffle makes it a decadent treat that’s perfect for yourself or when you have guests over.

  • about 100 grams of parmesan
  • few sprigs of fresh rosemary

Recipe Instructions

  • Pop Orville Redenbacher Smart Pop popcorn according to package directions

  • Serve warm in bowl or eat it straight out of the bag! (nobody needs to clean an extra bowl, right?

If you want to be really extra make some paper cones out of parchment paper, place popcorn into cones and add a few sprigs of rosemary as garnish. Works especially well for parties or those last minute drop-in guests

Enjoy it straight out of the bag or have fun with a big bowl or paper cones
